Anhui Jinxuan Technology Co., Ltd. is the second production base set at Salt Chemical Industry Park, Dingyuan County by Anhui Jinhe Industrial Co., Ltd.(stock code: 002597). The company was established on December 1, 2017, with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. It is a national new high-tech enterprise that specializes in biomass power generation, bio-based new materials and intermediates of functional chemical products and integrates production, R&D, and sales. The company has planned two phases of constructions, with the overall investment being around 1.11 billion yuan and the total planning area being around 2,530 mu (≈417 acres). The company now has 550 employees.
The phase one project covers an area of 450 mu (≈74 acres), with an investment of 1 billion yuan. After completion, it will annually produce 10,000 tons of furfurals, 80,000 tons of thionyl chlorides, 4,500 tons of galaxolides, 1,000 tons of furan ammonium salts, and it will be a cogeneration project that combines a 130t/h biomass boiler with a 30MW generator unit.
The phase two project has a planned investment of around 10 billion yuan, and will prioritize daily use flavors and fragrances and food additives projects and meanwhile make preparations for new materials and new energy fields by centering on the company's product and industrial development direction, relying on upstream and downstream raw material industrial chains, and taking advantage of green chemical engineering and biosynthesis technologies. After the phase two project goes into operation on schedule, it will achieve an overall production value of 1.20 billion yuan. By then, we will build it into a circular economy industrial base integrating scientific research, production and comprehensive utilization of resources, and facing downstream fields like food & beverages, daily use flavors, advanced manufacturing, etc.
